Apartment overlooks a large courtyard, is close to a shopping mall and restaurants. Laundry facilities in the building or at the mall. Its a family oriented building, quiet hours after 10 pm.

About the roomies

I like cooking, being out in nature, going to community events. I have a cat, he s 8 and keeps to himself most of the time. I have some cleaning work. I don’t allow guests to stay overnight, myself included. The last roommate invited a woman to “live in” because she had loud roommates in her place. She was not paying to stay and was loud at night. The lease was for the roommate only. Good communication and consideration are essential
