Hi! I’m in my late 20s, working full-time, and I rent a house on my own. I’m looking for a like-minded female roommate (mid-20s to early 30s, working professional) who is clean, quiet, respectful, and trustworthy to share the space with.

About the space: • 🛏️ Your bedroom is on the main level (unfurnished) • 🚿 Your own bathroom (basically for your use only) • 🍳 Full kitchen with dishwasher • 🧺 Washer & dryer in the house • 🌿 Backyard access • 🅿️ Street parking available (if needed)

Important to know: • 🏡 The landlord lives next door, so being quiet and respectful is a MUST. • 🐱 I have 2 cats – so you must like cats. • ❌ Prefer no additional pets (2 is plenty!) • 🚭 No smoking inside • No partying / no loud guests — I don’t have a lot of people over (maybe one person at a time) and I’d like the same from you.
