Hi! So our current housemate moving out on end of December and we’re in search for a new housemate from starting 1st of January 2026. The room listed here is the master bedroom which comes with a ensuite bathroom and a separate closet. Kitchen, living room and den will be shared and currently we use the den as a storage room! Haha so if you want to convert it to your home office you’re welcoming do that although building amenities include a work room. Also it has bbq area, gym, yoga room and a party room. Apartment is like 5 min walk away from distillery and there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants around. And if you’re into sports, Cooper Koo family YMCA is like 2 min walk away.

A little about us. You’ll be sharing the apartment with three other people. One couple and me. We’re all very friendly and easygoing, like to do things together if time allows. But we do like to celebrate each other’s birthdays. We all work full time so apartment often stays silent and empty even though there’s like 3 people. Only time that you’ll hear us would be evenings. So if you’re a person who enjoys your peace, this place would be perfect.
