I’m subletting a room with a private ensuite bathroom in a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment (GeoCentral) while I’m away on co-op. Fully furnished and ready to move in.

📝 Details: • Rent: $1400/month (negotiable) + water/electricity (wifi/heating included) • Roommate is a girl • 1 min to the bus stop • 15 min walk to main campus • Apartment features 2 floor gym, study rooms on each floor, rooftop patio, large recreation rooms, 24/7 security, Shelby’s + Wingstop downstairs • Open to leasing for winter or summer semester (4 months) separately or 8 months total
