Note this price $1100 is for a single person. The price for two people is $1200. This room is huge so can house 2 people, like a couple, brothers or sisters or 2 close friends. The room is in a two-bedroom unit, but the other room is not rented, so the bathroom is just for you, your own private bathroom. It has two double beds in this room. There are two large closets in this big room. Everything is new. Note the kitchen is a simple one. No big stove. There is a hot plate, and a camping hot pot propane stove, a rice cooker. Enough for daily simple cooking. Also note that the price is for a half-year minimum stay. If you only rent for 3 month or 5 months, the price is higher. Talk to me about it. Thank you.
The two-bedroom suite is on the same floor with another one-bedroom suite. Right now there is a chef living in the one bedroom suite. He is quiet, and non-smoker. I live on the lower floor in the house, so you don’t see me a lot. I am a semi-retired lawyer. I like to garden, look after my plants, fish pond, and my dog. He is Alaskan Malamute. He is very loving and strong. I am very clean, cheerful, and respect others and others’ privacy.
