Note this price $850 is for a single person. This room is huge so can house 2 people, like a couple, brothers or sisters or 2 close friends. The room is in a two-bedroom unit. It has two double beds in this room. There are two large closets in this big room. If you are two girls/boys wanting to rent this room, each will have one double bed and one closet. The price is $1000. The bathroom is shared with another roomie. Everything is new. The other room is also big. Now it is occupied by a female working professional. Note the kitchen is a simple one. No big stove. There is a hot plate, and a camping hot pot propane stove, but you need to buy propane. It is suitable for a cook/chef or someone works in a restaurant. If you don’t cook at home, I can reduce $50 for you as a bonus.

The two-bedroom suite is on the same floor with another one-bedroom suite. Right now there is a chef living in the one bedroom suite. He is quiet, and non-smoker. I live on the lower floor in the house, so you don’t see me a lot. I am a semi-retired lawyer. I like to garden, look after my plants, fish pond, and my dog. He is Alaskan Malamute. He is very loving and strong. I am very clean, cheerful, and respect others and others’ privacy.
