2 Bedroom Apartment - TWO LEVEL - affordable. you get your own room. the rooms are located on the top floor. There is a bathroom on the second floor. the first floor hosts a living room, dining room and gallery kitchen.

The room would be unfurnished with a good-sized closet. The bright window looks over the street below.

It is important to note there are a number of rules and regulations that the company of the apartment would like people to follow.

One of them is that they don’t want unregistered guests staying at the apartment for more than 14 days out of 365-day period without consent.

You can’t do drugs - green stuff is acceptable.

I would expect interested parties to read the provided materials.

You can not have pets here. I am highly allergic to cats, and you can’t have dogs due to the company’s rules.

there is laundary facilities on campus but you’ll have to walk to it, it’s not that far from our back door. You’ll also need to pay per a cycle its not too crazy 2.5 a wash, 2.75 a dry.

heat and water are paid for. internet and Epcro comes to about 66 a month - for both, your share.

The house is old so it creaks a bit. But it’s a really nice place.

The good stuff this places lets to be quiet so if you’re into that you’ll love it here. it’s a short walk to an LRT station. there is plenty of parking. they have really responsive maintenance crews that will come out to the apartment usually within a couple of hours to fix anything that might need fixing.

I am the only one living here. roommate is going to move out before the end of the month.

I would prefer someone who can be considerate, kind, quiet. I would prefer woman like the ad requests. I am a woman and would prefer other women.
