There is a built in desk outside your bedroom you can use too. We will share the rest of the house, but not the basement. Driveway parking most of the time.

5 min walk to Save On, Shoppers, liquor. 10 min drive to Costco and Crossiron Mills. 17 min drive to YYC. 2 min drive to QE2.

Quiet single male or female will be considered. No couples. No smoking. No pets. Must be reliable, trustworthy, mature and clean.

I’m flexible with the length of stay.

I am in my 50’s. It’s just me and my dog here…so I hope you like dogs. I’m quiet, work full time hybrid…a couple days in Calgary. I don’t smoke or do drugs. My son does live here for 10 days a month between work shifts and stays in the basement.
