About the room

The house is in the Glenmore area. The room is unfurnished. I fit a queen size bed, a computer desk and dresser perfectly fine in this room. 50M lives downstairs by himself. 31M and 32M live upstairs with the prospective tenant. The main bathroom is shared with 32M as 31M has an ensuite. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all quite large. The backyard is massive for today’s standards.

About the roomies

32M, 31M and 50M. We’ve all met by renting rooms in this house or the basement suite at some time or another. 31M and 50M both work in the trades and 32M is a student and budtender. We are all very considerate of each other, enjoy having the odd meal together and take pride in where we live by keeping it clean and maintaining it.
