We are looking for 1 new roommate on a 3 bedroom basement property. Female only.
$733.50/ month - all utilities are included (wifi, hydro, water) Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. Parking available.
3 bus stops to Algonquin. 15mins walk to IKEA. Bus to Algonquin: 88 Hurdman or 68 Baseline Bus to Bayshore: 88 Bayshore
Available on Dec. 1st. First month & one month deposit required.
