Minimum 6 months, or longer if you choose. Overlooking the park, across from the beach. Includes all cottage furnishings (except tv) and outdoor chairs. All utilities included with self controlled central air conditioning / heating , and Wifi. Kitchenette with two burners, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, table, double bed with new mattress cover, and single couch. Private outdoor deck. One parking spot.
