Looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom basement suite. Great location near Granville Street and Park Drive in Marpole. Close to bus stop, grocery store, and many great restaurants and other businesses. Suite includes, laundry room, 1 shared bathroom, and a cute solarium perfect for morning coffee or enjoying Vancouvers stormy weather. The room for rent is the 2nd bedroom shown in the video, pretty spacious with a big closet. Video was taken before I moved in so bedroom will be empty as shown but the living room+kitchen is already furnished. Rent is 1375$ a month everything included. Move in for Dec 1st (can discuss earlier move in date if needed)
