Actually NE just west of deerfoot. Just 1 km to deerfoot exit. 3 bedroom townhouse, have a 1 yr old yellow lab basement is semi renoed and private space can be used for a extra tv ptivate space. I am a single man that may have my 11 year old daughter over sometimes. And dog stays in a kennel while im at work. Room available is a fair sized bedroom and it has a queen sized foam bed and bed side table with optional tv for privacy. Area is close to all ameneties and right off deerfoot for easy commuting
