Shopping, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Room includes large desk, office chair, 6 drawer dresser and angled closet. Twin bed can be removed if you prefer a queen mattress on the floor or assembled in the attic. We share a kitchen, two living rooms, a large covered deck and a big back yard.

I am a woman living with her two adult daughters 20 and 22 and one 19 year old female tenant in my home. We also have a cat. I am a clinical counsellor. The 19 and 22 year olds go to SFU. The 20 year old is a tattoo artist and only stays 2 nights a week. We take turns doing kitchen chores and outdoor chores. It is a fairly quiet and peaceful house because everyone is busy working or at school. We are a fun-loving, easy-going family and there is no drama from us. We communicate and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
