the property is a 3 bedroom, one being the one rented out. 1.5 bath, half finished basement and mildly decorated Livingroom. The house will be shared but we are accommodating people so long as respect between everyone is shared. we live in the Clareview area, not far from a transit station, Library and Rec center, Gym, Walmart, and river valley hermitage. I intend to make this space just as much yours as it is Mine. the blue room is the one for rent. the walls have been fixed and repainted, i apologize for the non-updated photo. i have current tenants who will be out on the 8th/9th. will need a day or so to clean after their departure

Living at the house currently is myself and my roommate Jocelyn. we are both nerds at heart and are more than willing to share in conversation about it. we share the house currently with our 3 cats. we welcome other nerds and pets although neither is required. we enjoy the house clean and quiet, please reach out if youd like to inquire.
