Looking for a roommate to share my townhouse in Glenmore starting Jan. 1st.

The room is large, furnished, and comes with your own separate bathroom. There’s in-unit laundry, street parking, and we’re super close to grocery stores and other essentials. Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. I would prefer a long term roomie, but also open to a short term rental as well.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who values cleanliness, is respectful of shared space, communicates well and is easy to live with. I would like to find a good fit, preferably someone who shares a few similar interests and is social (but also cool with downtime). No other pets, please.

I’m a nurse working shift work, and I live with two energetic (and very lovable) dogs — a Golden Retriever and a mini Australian Shepherd — so you’ll need to be comfortable with a bit of fluff and a lot of dog love. I’m outdoorsy but also love a chill night in, enjoy good conversation, and value a comfortable and respectful home environment.
