LOCATION: Highpark. Located in a quiet (and safe!) community. Great restaurants and shops nearby on Bloor and Roncy. Nearby Highpark and Lakeshore. Highpark & Keele subway station is a quick 5 min walk making it easy to get around the city!

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to myself. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

About me: I’m a 30 year woman that works in childcare. I value a peaceful home (this is not a party house), but I do enjoy having intimate get-togethers with friends and the odd birthday party/pre-game. I like to cook and meal prep, shop, do pilates and go on walks with my puppy Charlie. Looking for someone who is friendly, values both their own time & space, but also open to socializing - sharing some laughs over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, or maybe going for walks with the pup.
