I am reletting my room at parkside student residence building, within walking distance of TMU, UoFT, OCADu, George Brown College, other schools, and Eaton Centre. 5 minute walk to College Station, Line 1.

Unit is fully furnished and includes 2 locked bedrooms (one of them is yours), a living room, a small entryway with closets and a shared locked bathroom. There is also laundry on-site.

There is a meal plan, which is mandatory and has great food and accommodations for if you have allergies or are busy during the hours they’re open (7am-9:30pm).

Apartment building has lots of activities (game night, movie night, crafts, etc.), activity rooms (movie room, gym, art studio, study lounge, kitchen, etc.), and tons of chances to meet other students.

All utilities are included in rent Building also has 24/7 security (staff is very helpful) and privacy locks.

The roommate is a first-year at OCADu. She is clean, respectful, friendly, funny, and really good at matching moods (talkative, quiet, energetic, resting, etc.). She takes initiative to clean unit and keep necessities stocked up. She is willing to be friends or not talk a bunch, both are fine. I personally like her a lot and think she is an ideal roommate, I also like the whole building, everyone I have met is very friendly, the food is good, large variety of activities, I am reletting because of money
