Me and my two roommates are looking for someone to sublet a large, spacious bedroom in our townhouse. The house itself is fully furnished — you’d only need to furnish your own bedroom. We’re a friendly, easygoing household with two dogs (Marie’s and mine). They’re both super sweet and well-behaved, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s comfortable living with pets. The townhouse is bright, clean, and spacious — perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home! Utilities/bills are split between roommates and usually range from $100-$150/month.
