I am renting out my master bedroom in a 4-bedroom townhouse in Burnaby, as I’m moving at the end of November. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible. The neighbourhood is very safe and family-oriented. Lots of scenic areas around for walking. We’re a 12-15 minute walk from two skytrain stations: Lougheed station and Production Way-University. We’re also close to SFU, Lougheed Mall, and lots of great grocery stores and restaurants, making this place great for a student or working professional. Roommates are in the mid-twenties to early thirties range, all very chill and welcoming.

The room:

Located on the top floor, this is the most spacious bedroom in the house. Lots of natural light, as well as a two-part sliding door closet. Please note that the room comes UNFURNISHED.

*Non-smoker please *Utilities (Fortis and Hydro) and wifi NOT included in the price of the rent *Pets might be negotiable, depending on the type of pet. *A single parking space is available, and there is lots of extra parking around the neighbourhood. *Washer and dryer included in the basement.
