About the room
Furnished 1-bedroom in a 2-bed apartment in downtown Calgary, just a 4-minute walk to the 6th Street West C-train station. You’ll be walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and all the amenities downtown has to offer. The building includes a swimming pool, gym, BBQ area, and other great facilities, plus the apartment has a balcony.
Right in the heart of downtown, so you’re close to everything. Great views and solid amenities, pretty convenient spot overall.
Room is available from January 5th. I’ll cover the extra days in January (1st-4th) to keep things fair.
Quick note: I will be selling all the furniture in the apartment, if you are looking to get it furnished, I can leave the furniture and sell it to you for a discounted price.
About the roomies
One other roommate. Recent graduate from UCalgary who’s working full-time. He’s pretty extroverted and easy to talk to, so you’ll get along with him really well.
