Hello! I have a furnished bedroom available in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal (Drolet).
Rent is $950 per month, bills included (except wifi which is $20 per month). 10 minute walk from Mont-Royal or Sherbrooke metro and across the road from a Bixi station, it’s super convenient and there are great cafes and restaurants just outside! Pictures were taken early in the morning so doesn’t reflect how bright the apartment is 😋
The place has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. There is also a beautiful balcony that overlooks the street. You would also be sharing the bathroom with just one other roommate :))
Super down to organise any inspections, landlord is super chill as well and quick to respond to any questions !!
About the roomies
The three roommates are all in their early twenties. The 2 girls (Orane and Elsa) are uni students and the boy (Jordan) is a working professional. They’re all very lovely and speak French and English.
