Neighborhood: Quiet residential area. Green and Fresh is 10 min walk away. Short drive to Canadian Tire and Best Buy, St Laurent shopping centre. Pharmacy and butcher shop nearby.

House: Beautiful front and back yard. Central air conditioning. Washer/dryer in basement. Back porch with BBQ.
