Two bright, spacious rooms available in a cozy 3-bedroom bungalow located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The house features a massive backyard, ideal for relaxing or gardening. I am also open to a couple and we can turn the 3rd room into an office/studio. The rooms will not be furnished but the living room is furnished!!

• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area
• Laundry on site in the basement

Hi! My name is Aswani. I work in healthcare and am completing my post-grad studies in art therapy. I’m tidy and enjoy keeping my space cozy and welcoming. I tend to have a busy schedule, but I’d love to live with roommates who are friendly and open to chatting or hanging out from time to time.

I also have a roommate who lives rent-free and is my heart and soul, my cat! She’s very friendly and loves attention. 🐾
