1 bedroom: Move in July 1st, final week of June possible. Dimensions 160x110“ (~128ft² w/closet). Ground floor (not basement) in 2BR/1BA duplex built in 2017. Quiet street, walkable area close to Commercial-Broadway Skytrain & Trout Lake.
Rent: $1000/month + $20-30 hydro every 2 months. Includes furniture, wi-fi, shared laundry, electric heat. Use of cookware & appliances, designated shelf/cupboard spaces in kitchen and washroom.
Choice of Furnished/Unfurnished: Available for short or long-term stay. Queen bed, dresser, shelves, nightstand, desk, chair, small LED lamp. Bedding & towels available if needed.
Unfurnished option is ONLY for long-term stays (1+ year), as I would need to store/sell current furniture.
About the roomies
July/August: Mid-30s male, works evenings, returning to UK in September. If you’re 9-5 you won’t see each other often.
September onward: Mid-40s male video producer. Friendly and always up for a chat, works afternoons/evenings at home. Occasionally out of town for weekend filming gigs.
