Shared amenities include a full kitchen, dining room, large living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and bright 3-season sunroom. Add on your own private locked office for an additional fee.

Monthly rent is all-inclusive: internet, hydro, water, heat, parking are all covered, as well as regular deep-cleaning of the common spaces. Free use of washing machine on site - indoor and outdoor clotheslines available.
