La maison est occupée par 6 autres locataires travaillant à temps plein, certains sur le départ. Deux autres chambres vont être libres dans les 2 prochains mois.

The laundry room is in the basement. All the household appliances are new and state-of-the-art. The bed has a very comfortable mattress. WIFI, electricity, water, heat and A/C are included in the rent. Lot of parking available in the streets around.

So we are looking for a young professional, 30 years and older, clean, discreet, non-smoking, capable of living in and maintaining a renovated house. The house is occupied by 6 other tenants working full time, some of whom are leaving. Two other rooms will be available in the next 2 months.

C’est une maison de 7 chambres avec des locataires entre 30 et 50 ans. J’ai moi-même 40 ans, travaillant en informatique, locataire, mais aussi gestionnaire de la colocation. Les colocataires sont très indépendants, la majorité travaillent à l’extérieur, et rentrent à des heures différentes, alors la maison est pas mal calme et vide en semaine. C’est différent d’une colocation “d’amis”, on se croise au hasard dans la cuisine et c’est tout. Des fois les colocataires reçoivent des visites, mais pas de “party”. Nous insistons beaucoup sur la propreté et le respect mutuel.

It’s a 7-bedroom house with tenants aged between 30 and 50. I’m 40 myself, working in IT, a tenant but also the house manager. The housemates are very independent; most of them work outside and come home at different times, so the house is usually quiet and fairly empty during the week. It’s different from a “friends” kind of shared house — we just bump into each other randomly in the kitchen, and that’s about it. Sometimes housemates have visitors, but never parties. We put a strong emphasis on cleanliness and mutual respect.
