Looking for a roommate for Feb 1. Rent is $675 and utilities are split 70/30 with the basement tenant so you and I would both pay half of the 70%. It’s located in hazeldean and the property has a walking path right behind it. Spacious shared backyard. Yard maintenance will be shared (snow removal, cutting the lawn etc). Room is unfurnished but the rest of the place is furnished. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Looking for someone who is respectful and is willing to help keep the space clean. I value alone time but I also like spending time with my roommates. Ideally you have experience living with other people. Must be okay with animals as I have a cat.
