The room is fully furnished in a quiet spacious home with a large back yard and hot tub. The house is close to the bus exchange, hospital, recreation center and shopping. Large living room. Large dining room for entertaining. Large deck with BBQ and gardening available to use.

There are three rooms in the house. I have the large master suite with my own bathroom. I am a business owner in my 50’s who works full time, plays sports and travels alot. My schedual is rougjly 8-4 (I am out of the country 3-4 months a year) The other room is rented to a 50’s Ukrainian woman who works full time as a Veterinarian assistant. Her schedual is 10-7pm We are very clean, considerate and respectful. We share chores around the house and have a maid come in once or twice a month to do deeper cleaning. Laundry, internet, heat, cable and hot water are all included.
