Room available with large closet and,comfortable double bed in a spacious shared basement other tenant ( my son) is rarely there. with large bathroom, tv room and laundry. Kitchen is shared with me and my boyfriend. Refrigerator is included for just your own use which is located outside tenants room.

I live upstairs and my son lives downstairs when he is home. Perfect for a,student as it is a quiet house the majority of the time. Very clean home. I have 2 friendly dogs as well. Close to bus stop and only 8 blocks from downtown.
