Looking for a roommate to share a house in Springbrook. I’ve been living in Springbrook for 7 years now but need a roomie to help with the rent and all that fun stuff. You will have 1 a choice of an unfurnished bedroom or furnished with shared common areas including living room, kitchen, bathroom, and yard. I can potentially help with furnishing the bedroom if needed. Laundry is shared. There is a massive front deck and back yard with a firepit. Roommate needs to be working a full-time job or is a full-time student. Previous rental references required. I have two cats in the home who freely roam throughout the whole house so a roommate must love cats but not have any pets of their own. Parking is in the driveway with a plug-in available for the winter. Utilities are included in rent. Rent also is not set in stone at $1000. I am willing to compromise to find a good fit for a roomie. Looking for at least a 6 month commitment. 420 friendly and smoking outside only. Short drive to Red Deer, Springbrook offers a great community, local store, pharmacy, and a multiplex. Nature trails are extensive as well.

I’m quiet, clean, and easygoing. I work as a housecleaner for seniors. I like to have friends over a couple times a month, but other than that I’m on my computer gaming. I like cooking, hiking, and gaming.
