Nice bright apartment, natural sunlight all day through the windows and facing the balcony (which is quite large, perfect for plants and chill space. In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, only baseboard but the apartment naturally gets warm it’s not needed. Roommate is taking her dining table so that’s the only major difference from the photos. 4k TV in the living room, no cable just Prime and any other service I might subscribe, can add subscriptions of your choice onto prime if wanted. 2 cats live here, super friendly. Room is a bit odd shaped with a diagonal wall, comes unfurnished. Standard closet, you get a seperate private bathroom with full shower and tub by the entrance of the unit. 3gb Internet and hydro is included. Storage unit downstairs for outdoor things or whatever you need. I use part of it, can be rearranged, it’s 3 or 4 feet by 8 and quite tall. Buses right across the 4way 39, 43, 46, 48, 51, 52, 61, 95

23yr old fulltime working guy, up by 6-7am on weekdays sometimes a bit earlier, is usually home gaming, pretty tidy, not a clean freak, you can relax and live and be busy sometimes, beyond maybe a big spill on the floor. Smokes weed, doesn’t drink much but enjoys nights out with friends.
