There is a huge fenced in back yard and an industrial building in the back which can be rented out if you are a mechanic or carpenter of some kind, that can be arranged with the owner of the property. The house is being redone with all new appliances and flooring. There is laundry in the crawl space including a washer and dryer. Responsible pet owners are welcome. The house is non-smoking but you can smoke on the property, just outside.
