Shared accommodation in a home in the country right on highway 6, lots of gas stations nearby.

Semi-Separate entrance goes directly into the very large bedroom/office on the main floor with your own closet. On the side opposite the separate entrance there is another door that leads to the common area (full bathroom, large kitchen, living room, and laundry area), the bathroom downstairs would mostly be for your exclusive use other than when one of us (myself or my children) will need to make of use the bathtub which would only be occasional. Parking is available for free and there is a large fenced in backyard.

Interior of house has gone through extensive renovation and there is a Washer, Dryer, Stove with Range Hood, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, and Dishwasher as well as a large pantry for storing food items.

Driveway is currently gravel, but the recovered ashphalt shown in the pictures will be used to pave the driveway over the summer season this year.

If you have need of a large workshop to run a business, like a garage, or woodshop etc…separate arrangements can be made with the property owner!
