The rent is $667 plus wifi and hydro. In suite laundry and dishwasher. The building has a gym and sauna and underground parking as well!
Preferably looking for a third female roommate. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one of the roommates!
Super close to UofM from transit and 10 minute drive, also close to save on foods, dollarama and staples!
We do have a sweet cat, so should be ok with that:)
