About the room
Townhome in sought-after Willoughby neighbourhood. One room is available (see picture with orange chairs inside), dimensions are 8’x9“ and 11’x2“. Unfurnished. Full bathroom is yours only; street parking. Please note that the attached pictures are the showhome staging, we intend to design our home differently. Open to professionals only, but we are pet friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly. Open to any culture, couples or singles, we’re inclusive. All utilities are included including internet. Posting now to find the right person for us, as move-in is October 2026. Freedom to utilize the common spaces as desired.
About the roomies
Chinese man (Ryan) and western Canadian woman (Anna), married couple. We move in come September 2026. Ryan is an avid road cyclist, journeyman plumber, and gamer. Anna is a writer, in school to be a social worker, and loves to curl up and watch a flick. No kids. We do have a cat.
