Looking for one more to join our house near Brescia + Western University!

700/MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE STARTING DEC 1ST UNFURNISHED (ask about early move in) We are a group of students in our early-mid 20s. The room is located on the upper floor of our 2-story house, one of the rooms that gets more light than the rest! We have 3 fridges, lots of cabinet space and on site laundry plus our house comes with outdoor security camera for our safety.

The all inclusive price includes rent, hydro, internet, gas and household shared common products (toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning products, garbage bags, etc.) We do have a parking spot if you need in our driveway but we are looking for someone with no pets (small rodents or reptiles are okay)
