Perfect property for incoming or current students! The room itself cannot get any better with its ensuite bathroom. The house is located right beside campus with accessible bus stops less then 90m away. Very safe location as there is always foot traffic from students. No structural/animal issues either. All appliances are available as well as in house washer/dryer. Rent is very reasonable for what you get with this house:)

There are 7 rooms in the house, all girls! We are all Queens students in our 3rd year and we are all in different programs. There are 4 of us going on exchange so we are currently in search for possible sublets. We are all very easy going, clean, and love a night out yet love a night in just as much!
