Building called The Station it is 13 years old but looks brand new, shared kitchen with gas stove and grill top and dishwasher and large deep sink and living room with hardwood floors, and air conditioner in unit, shared washer and drier in bathroom, carpet in bedroom, nice size closet and a big window looking out on a long large patio facing main road. There’s a court yard with tables and chairs to seat on and relax and a gym in the building as well. Rocky point parks is steps away walking distance with lots of parks and walking trails and only 5 min walk to moody skytrain station and west coast express, and lots of restaurants and brewery near by.

I am female and im 37 years old and I have a small chihuahua dog she is very friendly and once she gets to know you she will love you, she does bark alittle but its not as much as other small dogs. I like a clean home and I do like to watch my shows and play music and love to cook as well I do have family and friends over once in a while. Looking for a roomate that is tidy and keeps there space clean no dishes left in the sink, no smokers, no cannabis, and no parties.
