If you would like to live a few mins off grid, this is a good location. Lots of nature and wildlife like geese,ducks,deer and beavers. The property is the size of a football field on the lake and river. I am a male living in a three bedroom house by myself. Looking for one male or female roommate tenant.non drinker, must work full time..not seasonal and must be very clean. For Mar 1. Or Apr 1..For long term stay. I do not have cable..I don’t like reality shows. Have CNN and lots of dvd movies and Sirius Radio. Good home theater. I’m pretty laid back. It’s a cozy home. Have lots of dishes and cupboard space. Also includes Wi Fi, parking and laundry. Ok to walk house. Extra large kitchen..fire pit and deck. Still lots of space in the bedroom if you have a bit of your own furniture to bring over.
