It is 10 mins from Dalhousie and 2 minutes from the grocery store, bus stop and also super walkable to downtown or pretty much anything you need.

The place is rented out as an AirBnB during the summer so is super modern and has a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a big TV, bathroom and a full deck with furniture as well! Message if you’re interested!
