Room currently has a single bed with mattress topper in it with no box spring, a side table, and a desk. All can be easily removed if you’re bringing your own furniture. Right next to the Farnham Gate shopping plaza and a 15 minute walk from Clayton Park shopping. Parking spot available at no extra charge.

Would prefer a female roommate, but not required.
