This home is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. This is a comfy home not a museum.

The basement has a workout area.

This home gets lots of light.

To there is a sizeable backyard. Deck with gas BBQ.

There is currently one person in the home who is social but not a partier. Professional, quiet, clean and tidy. This person has 2 dogs.

If you are a person who enjoys loud music and likes to party this is not the best place to rent. No drugs or any kind of substance use will be tolerated. A couple friends over who are respectful is fine but destructive, abusive, bullying or rude friends are not welcome.

This is a low key relaxed home.
