I am looking to rent out a room in my 2 bed, 2 bath condo(you would have your own bathroom). I am in the process of furnishing the common areas, but your bedroom would be unfurnished. Condo is in a great area with minimal noise from the road, and everything is walkable in the area, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gyms. There is underground visitor parking, as well as street parking.

I am a 25 year old guy looking for a roomate for 6 months, with the possibility to extend. I am clean and respectful, non smoking and a big sports fan, (especially hockey golf and soccer). I work from home half the time so would prefer someone with a similar schedule (Mon-Fri common work hours) but not a deal breaker if not. I am easy going and like to enjoy a casual drink here and there and would hope for someone with similar interests!
