Private Room for $450 per month including wifi and cable and shared bathroom. There’s access to a fridge, microwave kettle, toaster etc. ‘Room and board’ style accommodation with budget friendly meals possible being provided by a self- taught chef. Meals offered are mostly Western-style cooking, such as quality pastas, sandwiches, burgers, potatoes made various ways & the odd ethnic dish. The suite is at a house located at a nice middle-class neighborhood with transit very near. There are two transit stops about a five minute walk away & a third route less than 15minutes away. There is a convienance store, pub/restaurant, liquor store, etc just 5minutes from the location. The provincial hwy system is just minutes away connecting the area to most parts of Metro Vancouver within 20-30minutes.. the Annacis Island and Tilbury warehouse districts are about 10minutes from here. Several major colleges are 30minutes away. If you are looking to get accommodated for the winter then it would be great to hear from you.
