This home is located on a very peaceful and family friendly neighborhood of North Clayton Heights 194a ave and 74 ave Surrey. Just 10 minutes drive to Willowbrook mall and highway 1. 10 minutes walk to grocery store. Plenty street parking around the property. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop near by.

There is only my mom, myself and my 10 year old daughter live together in this property. Therefore we prefer female roommate only. We are working professional, respectful, clean and very quiet and chilled. No pet. No smoking , No Drug No drinking or partying and no guess . Quiet time is from 9pm to 7am . Our home is a peaceful space for 1 elderly 1 adult and 1 young lady who is also a well behaved kid. We would like to welcome someone that is a student or a working professional individual that also has similar healthy life style to enjoy our sweet home.
