- Walking distance to Metro (4 min) and Square One (15-20 min)
- Parking may be available but is your responsibility (you’d have to rent from another resident)
- I can also consider renting out the master bedroom (larger space, TV, ensuite washroom) for more. Move-in date is flexible but the current target is February 16.

- About me: non-vegetarian, quiet but open to socializing. Working from home.
- About you: clean/tidy, responsible, respectful, working professional with references and proof of income. Non-smoker, no pets. Don’t be the bad kind of weird. We don’t have to hang out all the time but I would like us to get along as people.
