We have a private room available for rent in the basement of our townhouse, it is fully furnished with wardrobe closet, 2 dressers, queen size bed, night stands and lamps. There is a full shared bathroom on the same floor of the private room and a shared living space, with furniture and a tv. Laundry would be shared on the main floor of the home, there is a shared fridge in the basement and the kitchen would be available to use. Rent Amount would include internet and all utilities.

Our home is myself, my husband our 2 daughters (18yrs and 3.5yrs) and our Cat and Dog. We both work fulltime and out girls are in school, we are fairly easy going but a busy family.
