Furnished private bedroom in a quiet 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Harvest Hills (north-central Calgary). You’ll have your own full bathroom (not shared), in-suite laundry, and a designated outdoor parking stall with plug-in.

Rent is $680/month including all utilities and Wi-Fi, so there are no extra bills. The condo is comfortable and lived-in but kept reasonably tidy, with a decent-sized living room and full kitchen. Harvest Hills is a safe, convenient area, 3 minute walk to 300/301 BRT (direct downtown & airport) and a short drive to T&T, Superstore, Safeway and Vivo Rec Centre.

You’ll be sharing the condo with me, the owner, male, 40s, East Asian-Canadian, with an early-morning work schedule. I’m quiet and respectful and try to keep the place reasonably tidy (no smoking, no drugs, no big messes). This is not a party house. It’s a good fit for someone who is clean enough to pick up after themselves, easygoing, and likes a calm home, whether you’re a student or working professional. Occasional overnight guests are fine as long as it’s respectful.
