Beautiful furnished area with own laundry and bathroom with your own private entrance, very accommodating in the country (hobby farm with animals). Offset rent for farm chores (20 mins) twice daily. Responsibilities also include with care of house pet (dog) while living at a beautiful ranch/log house feeding five animals in the barn (hay/water). Property has a Hot tub. No parties, friends or visitors. Very private and clean, respectful owner requests minimal interaction other than living mutually in a log home having daily chores with a few animals daily to minimize work load for owner to be able to travel. 15 mins east of Chatham and ten mins west of thamesville.

The property and I have two donkeys and three sheep that require feedings twice daily….and a house dog that would require to be fed daily….bathroom breaks outside while home. Home owner wanting to travel and worry-free lifestyle with a beautiful log furnished home. Home owner is pleasant and friendly yet prefers no visitors, bf/gf or friends/family dropping in. The owner prefers private accommodation for reasonable rate offsetting rent monthly. Most likely the home owner may be travelling for most of the winter months therefore requires complete trust with above mentioned tasks with fur family.
