OFFERING 2 ROOMS FOR SUBLET DECEMBER 1st-31st

Hello all! I have 2 rooms in a shared 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment available for the month of December. Please note this is a one month sublet, though the dates/price are flexible should you prefer a shorter stay.

Price: $1200 for both bedrooms, $800 for one bedroom. Utilities are included.

Location: St Clair and Christie -512 streetcar on our doorstep -10 minute walk to St Clair West Station -7 minute bus to Christie Station -15 minutes to downtown

The Unit: fully furnished, bright 2nd level walk up apartment. There is laundry in the unit, as well as full sized appliances including a dishwasher, and a very spacious patio. There will be one double sized bed available should you need it. Parking is not included, but there are many options for street parking, as well the patio backs onto a Green P lot.

Additional: this is a shared unit, and you will be sharing the space with my roommate of 9 years, Phil. He’s a very chill, respectful 33 year old who works during the day doing HVAC. In the evenings he’s down to either watch one of our many streaming services with you, or he’s good to do his own thing. He doesn’t really cook so sharing the kitchen is never an issue. Overall, awesome dude, super easy to live with. **Please note that while there will not be a cat there during your stay, we do have a cat, so that’s an allergen warning. Also if you have a cat, you’re welcome to bring it.

This is the perfect space for someone looking for extra space, the 2nd bedroom makes a great office/studio space. I can provide desk with rolling chair, or filming setup (lights, backdrop etc) or even a piano should you require these things.
