Top floor of a quiet, 3-story building, so no footsteps from above.
Conveniently located, just one bus stop away from a direct route to downtown. Surrounded by amenities: restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a mall, fitness center, convenience stores, and grocery stores all within walking distance.
Shared living areas are well-maintained, and the building has a relaxed, peaceful vibe.
